Marine Mammal Expert And Iceland Fanatic!

For the last 17 years, I have been working in the zoological and wildlife field as a marine mammal specialist and wildlife manager.

During my career, I was involved in projects that focused on educating the public on the importance of terrestrial and aquatic wildlife conservation in The Middle-East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Including Iceland!

Out of all my work I enjoyed working with aquatic wildlife the most. Protecting whales, dolphins, seals and manatees have always been on the top of my list.

Welcome to Whales Watching Iceland

About The Company

Whales Watching Iceland is on a mission to provide tourists with only the best experience, and our constant endeavor makes us one of the best in the business.

Our standalone tours usually last between 2 and 3.5 hours, while the combo tours range from 8 to 11 hours. But no matter which option you opt for, rest assured that your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

That’s why all our boats are equipped with safety mechanisms, plus our crew hands out warm overalls and waterproof jackets to all tourists before they get on-board. Aside from that, we facilitate transportation transfer for our combo tours along with special services like wheelchairs, audio guides, free Wi-Fi, and more.

Each trip is headed by our highly trained guides, who will help you with everything from understanding the safety instructions on-board to learning more about nature and the wildlife. Moreover, we offer complimentary tickets if there are no whale sightings during the trip.

Likewise, the commencement of the tours depends on the weather conditions, and tourists can choose a new date or avail a refund in case of any unforeseen cancellation.
